Halloween Murder Mystery Events in the Rockies

Okay, all you murder mystery buffs.  Here are a few murder mystery events for you scheduled at a couple historic hotels in the Rockies:

This weekend includes two nights lodging, a cocktail party on Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning with time off to enjoy the area, dinner Saturday evening, and Sunday breakfast which concludes this “whodunit” weekend. Each person is a participant with their own tailor-made murder mystery script.

Constructed in 1939 by the Great Northern Railroad, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Izaak Walton Inn is an alpine lodge close to Glacier National Park. You can enjoy the area on your own with whitewater rafting, backcountry skiing, hiking and more, or enjoy one of the many different tours into Glacier National Park.

In this murder mystery event, you will watch a reenactment of the suspicious 1901 murder of Willie Nickel in this mystery involving cattle rustling and a notorious stock detective named Tom Horn.  After hearing several accounts, audience  participants will have a night to sleep on it and deliver their verdict the next morning.

You have two options for this murder mystery event:  1)  You can stay for the dinner, show and breakfast only for $89 or 2) you can opt for a package which includes the Murder Mystery Show, dinner, a “bag of loot” with one free clue, one overnight stay at the Plains Hotel, breakfast and finale for $249 per couple.
