You can enter online at www.rayovac.com now through July 31, 2010.  There is a limit of one entry per person or email address.  According to the official rules, "Eligible participants will be asked to watch a Rayovac commercial, but watching the commercial is not necessary to enter the Sweepstakes and participants may 'opt out' of watching the commercial."
