New York City - Oct. 7 - Oct. 10

Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival - Oct. 7 - Oct. 10

This wine festival is presented by Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure and benefits the New York City Food Bank. Highlights are dinners, wine tastings, seminars, and cooking demonstrations, featuring some of your favorite Food Network stars: Rachael Ray, Anne Burrell, Sandra Lee, Alton Brown, Bobby Flay, Paula Deen, Tyler Florence and more. Walt Disney World Resort - Oct. 1 - Nov. 14

There's still plenty of time to enjoy the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival held at the Walt Disney World Resort. This festival is a 6-week affair featuring cooking demonstrations, wine seminars and concerts. In addition to wine seminars and tastings, there will also be cheese seminars, food and wine pairings, tequila tastings, a tasting of liqueurs from the makers of Grand Marnier, and "Disney's Dessert Discovery" on Thursday and Friday nights. Santa Barbara County, California - Oct. 8, 9, 10, 11

Celebration of Harvest

There are so many different ways to celebrate the California Celebration of Harvest in Santa Barbara County. You can attend the festival on Saturday, Oct. 9 at Rancho Sisquoc Winery in Santa Maria, where you can sample food and wine from Santa Barbara county wineries and restaurants. You can also buy a Vintner's Visa for $35, which entitles you to free tastings at 12 participating wineries, many of which are offering special library tastings. Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, MA - Oct. 15 & 16

Martha's Vineyard Food & Wine Festival

Head on over to Martha's Vineyard for the 4th Annual Martha's Vineyard Food & Wine Festival in Edgartown. There you can sample wines from around the world, as well as eat foods prepared by chefs from Martha’s Vineyard and all over New England. Participating wineries include those from the top wine producing regions in the world: Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone Valley, Tuscany, Sicily, Napa in California, Sonoma County in California, Willamette Valley in Oregon, Marlbourgh in New Zealand and Barossa in Australia. Tucson, Arizona - Oct. 28 - Oct. 31

Tucson Culinary Festival

The Tucson Culinary Festival is a 4-day event which features food, wine, and, since this is Tucson, a World Margarita Championship. On Friday and Saturday, though, wine is the star, with a Reserve Tasting and Grand Tasting at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. At the Reserve Tasting, guests will be treated to tastings of small production, boutique wines.
